•bung it in the slow cooker

F?? T?? S????
8 tablespoon soy sauce
8 tablespoon honey
3 cloves of garlic (4 teaspoon if using powder or granules)
•Bring to a boil on the hob
•put over the belly pork
•put on low for 6 hrs
•transfer to the oven for 15-20 minutes before serving

•boiled rice
•2 eggs
•soy sauce
•garlic (optional)
•boil your rice
•crack two eggs into a wok/frying pan
•mix egg together in the pan (as if you were doing scrambled eggs)

Also works really well with chicken! Just reduce the cooking time in slow cooker to 4 hours and caramelise one the oven for 10-15 minutes xx

Sticky Pork Belly Recipe Notes:

Question:        Does it stay liquidy in the slow cooker then goes sticky in the oven? X

Answer:            Yeah, it’ll still be liquidy when you take it out of the oven but the belly pork would’ve soaked up all the juices and become sticky. So when you take it out of the oven don’t worry if it still looks runny. Once you plate up the belly pork it’ll be sticky x

Question:       Did you use light or dark soy sauce please?

Answer:          I used dark.

Question:       How much meat for this recipe.

Answer:          This was one tray of pork belly, which I think is 6 or so slices x
