Ingredients :

  • Two cups of barbecue sauce is about half a liter
  • Two tablespoons of brown sugar
  • Three tablespoons of minced garlic
  • Two teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • A tablespoon of cayenne pepper
  • Two kilograms of baby pork ribs
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. First, we spray a six-liter cooking pan with cooking spray
  2. Then we remove the inner skin from the ribs, then put the ribs in the pot and leave it aside
  3. In a bowl, we mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper, and we mix these elements well until we get a consistent mixture
  4. We take half the amount of the sauce, put it in a rib pan, season it with salt and pepper, cover it on a slow fire, and cook it for eight hours
  5. When the ribs are done, transfer them to an oven tray that has been covered with parchment paper
  6. We put half of the remaining juices from the ribs in the pot on the tray and then put them into the oven that was preheated over a medium temperature
  7. Leave it for ten minutes until it is browned and the sides are soft, then serve it with half of the remaining sauce
