This is a tasty crust, ideally appropriate for fruit pies.
I just entered the field of pastry baking, and this was my first ever pie crust. I’ve heard so many horror stories and thought I’d probably use the ready-made dough obtained from the supermarket that you just lay in a pan and bake, it was good enough to use it for my first pie. But I was urged by my friend to try to roll out my own one. And, It was so easy to do and treat, and I’m always surprised that it turned out so good.

FOR THE PIE, YOU’LL NEED JUST:
– 200g.Of cake flour.

– 100g.Of soft semi-salted butter.

– 2 Tablespoons.Of CANOLA oil.

– 2 Tablespoons.Of milk.

– 2 Tablespoons.Of sugar.

– An egg yolk.

• DIRECTIONS:

– Step 1: Blend the canola oil, with milk and sugar in a mixing bowl.

– Step 2: After that add the butter and one egg yolk, then beat again until a homogeneous mass is reached.

– Step 3: Then add the flour until a soft dough is made.

– Step 4: Film the dough and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

– Step 5: You just have to use it and spread it with your hand or a roller according to your inspiration.
