  • 1 medium carrot (peeled)
  • 1 medium yellow onion (peeled)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying
