Ingredients:

  • Small carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 3 tablespoons creole spices
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp celery chips
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 cup water

    Direction :

    Chopping potatoes and carrots

    Roasting beef – season with ingredients and sauté on a pan on the stove

    Place in a casserole dish

    Add a glass of water

    Add more creole spices to taste and cover with tin foil

    Bake at 350 degrees for 2.5 hours

    Tin removal – add carrots and potatoes

    Place in the oven again and bake exposed for an additional 30 minutes or as desired
