Ingredients:
Potato Gems
bacon (as you want)
8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 onion
Grated Cheese
Potato Gem Pie
Instructions:
Put baking paper in the SC & put a layer of potato gems then as much bacon as you want . Sprinkle cheese & onion over the bacon. Whisk 8 eggs with 1/2 cup of milk & pour into slow cooker. Place tea towel under the lid & cook on high for 2 1/2 hours.
