Polish Cheese Sweet Rolls

I have not baked this personally, but hopefully in the future. Here are the ingredients she gave out to me, as per her source:

Dough

2 1/4 tsp yeast (active dry)
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup milk (warm)
3 1/2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup sugar
pinch of salt
2 large eggs
3 2/3 cups all-purpose flour

Cheese Filling

14oz/ 400g dry curd
3 tbsp sugar
1 large egg yolk
1 tbsp sugar (vanilla)
1 large egg (beaten with 1 tsp water for egg glaze)
