Ingredients:

2 racks pork ribs about 6 lbs

1 jar barbecue sauce

DRY RUB

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chili powder

2 teaspoon cumin

2 tablespoons smoked paprika

1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper depending on the heat level you like

Derictions:

Preheat broiler to 275 degrees

In a little bowl blend dry rub until joined and put away

Flush pork ribs and wipe off with paper towels

Eliminate the film from the rear of the ribs, I’ve given a how-to interface above

Spread the dry rub all around the ribs trying to cover the two sides.

Wrap ribs firmly in foil meat side up, put on baking sheet

Heat for 3 hours for spare ribs, 2 hours for child back ribs or until fork delicate

Open foil and channel the fluid from the ribs. Brush your #1 grill sauce on the ribs, sear for 5 minutes

Eliminate and allow the ribs to rest 5-10 minutes prior to cutting. Serves 4-6

Enjoy !
