*INGREDIENTS:
°1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into
°1 inch pieces.
°2 finely chopped garlic cloves.
°2 teaspoons finely chopped ginger.
°1 cup of chicken broth.
°3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
°2 tablespoons of sugar.
°2 cups of broccoli florets.
°2 tsp cornstarch.
*PREPARATION:
On medium-high, heat a 12-inch non-stick skillet showered with cooking splashes and sauté the chicken, garlic and ginger until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes.  
Add ¾ cup broth, soy sauce and sugar and cook covered for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
Add the broccoli and cook covered for an additional 5 minutes. Mix sometimes.
In  bowl, mixing ¼ c broth with cornstarch and pour to the skillet.
Cooking, stir to thick the sauce.
 The pan fried broccoli adds amazing flavor to my chicken, it’s so heavenly, I tell you! I had this with a hot serving of mixed greens, it was just awesome.
