500 g (2 cups) of crumbled graham crackers, and a little more for the garnish (or honey crackers, Bastogne or other granular cookies)

125 g (1/2 cup) of butter

30 g (2 tbsp.) White sugar

225 g (1 pkg.) Philadelphia cream cheese, sofftened and at room temperature

2 boxes of instant lemon pudding

750 ml (3 cups) milk

1/2 tsp. lemon zest

1 pot of thawed whipped cream

Lemon slices to garnish



In a bowl, mix the butter and the sugar that you will melt in the microwave for 1 minute

In another bowl, add the crumbled graham crackers and add the mixture of melted butter and sugar, mix, then reserve
