FOR THE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

– 1 medium Pkg.Of soft cream cheese.
– 1 large Pkg.Of powdered sugar.
– 1 Tsp.Of vanilla extract.
– 2 Cups.Of sweetened flaked coconut
– shredded or flaked coconut
