Ingredients
2 Packages of Grands Jr. Flaky biscuits 10 ct packages
1 lb. Ground breakfast sausage
2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Open the packages of biscuits, and peel each biscuit apart into two layers. This will make a total of 40 layers of biscuit pieces between the two packages.
Press a layer of biscuit dough into each section of mini muffin tins to form a cup with a space in the center.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage and cheese until well blended.
Form the sausage mixture into 40 small balls.
Press a ball of sausage into the center of each dough cup in the mini muffin tins.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
