– 400 grams spaghetti pasta
– 1 pack (200ml) all-purpose cream
– 200 grams sliced ham
– 200 grams sliced mushrooms
– 1 cup (240ml) evaporated milk
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Grated cheese for topping
1. Cook the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
3. Add the sliced ham to the pan and cook until slightly browned.
4. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for a few minutes until they begin to soften.

8. Remove from heat and transfer the Carbonara to serving plates. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
