°2 cups white sugar
  °½ cup of milk
  °½ cup of butter
  °4 teaspoons cocoa powder
  °½ cup creamy peanut butter
  °2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  °2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
*Step by step
Combine sugar, milk, butter and cocoa powder in saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil & cooking, stir constantly, to dissolve sugar, 90 sec to 2 minutes.  Directly removing pan from heat.
Stirring peanut butter also vanilla extract to milk mix to smooth; adding rolled oats and tossing to coat. Pour the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and let stand until the mixture holds together, about 15 minutes.
