One tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.

One tbsp. of brown sugar.

One teaspoon of floor black pepper.

Two tbsps. of butter.

2 minced garlic gloves.

/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes (optional).

For the pasta

One tablespoon of olive oil.

One pound of Penne pasta.

For the Shrimp

10 ounces of shrimp, peeled and deveined (if frozen, thawed).

One tablespoon of olive oil.

One tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.

Pinch of salt.

Pinch of freshly floor black pepper.

For Alfredo sauce

Half a cup of unsalted butter.

4 softened ounces of cream cheese (to room temperature).

Two cups (1 pint) of heavy cream.

One tbsp. of Cajun seasoning.

half of a teaspoon of salt (or to taste).

1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper (or to taste).

1 and 1/2 cups of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Directions:
