1 tablespoon vanilla extract

5 large eggs, at room temperature

1 cup sour cream

2 teaspoons grated lemon zest

1 ½ (16 oz.) packages fresh small strawberries, hulled

¼ cup sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons cornstarch
