°400g Spaghetti
°300g Ground beef
°1 large can of crushed tomatoes
°2 onions
°2 garlic cloves
°2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
°1 sprig of thyme
*Preparation steps
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and cook the peeled and chopped onions until they become translucent.
Adding peel garlic also beef & cooking for a some more min.
Add the tomatoes to the saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat, adding the sprig of thyme, salt and pepper.
Cook the spaghetti al dente in a pan of boiling water according to the cooking time indicated on the packet.
Serve the spaghetti topped with the hot sauce.
