The products were so simple that there was nothing strange at all. Sugar, water and yeast. I knew this was something I was going to toss away, but I thought I’d do it again. It’s really cheap bread, and if I fail, I won’t get out much. To prepare this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
* Ingredients:
° 2 large eggs
° 2 cups all-purpose flour.
° 1 cup of canola oil
° 1 cup of regular white sugar
° 1 cup of nuts or raisins (optional)
° 1/3 cup of whole milk
° 2 tsp cinnamonpowder.
° 1 + 1/2 tsp vanillaextract.
° 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
° 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
° 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
I set-oven temperature 160°C.
* Directions:
Step 1:
I blended ingredients in 2 bowls, one for wet ingredients & one for dry ingredients. & I gathered them also left rest for 31 min .
Step 2:
Greased pair large loaf-pans.
Step 3:
In a small bowl, I mixed 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
Greased frying pans.
The fourth step:
Pour batter to moulds, & sprinkling top with rest of sugar + cinnamon blending .
Fifth step:
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes to check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the loaves, which should come out dry.
