I know what it’s like to eat gluten and dairy and I honestly believe that doesn’t mean missing out on an enjoyable brunch!
That’s exactly why I created these delicious, gluten-free and dairy-free hash browns! If you know me, you know I’m obsessed with all things potatoes.
I was focused on adding extra protein to my meals, so I decided to combine my favorite sausage with potatoes to make these crunchy bites! Using an air fryer to cook these browned morsels makes the process super quick and easy.
In order to make these gluten- and dairy-free hash brown bites, you’ll need an air fryer, mixing bowl, cutting board, knife, peeler, and grater. I’ve linked to my favorite air fryer here.
