INGREDIENTS:
– 8 Potatoes (Peeled & Diced)
– 2 Cups of Hot water
– 1 Tbsp Salt
– 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
– 1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
– 1 Tbsp Chives
– 1/4 Cup Diced Bacon (Fried)
– 1/4 Red Pepper (Diced)
– 1/4 Red Onion (Diced)
– 5 Tbsp Nola Ultra Creamy Mayonnaise
METHOD:
Cook potatoes in salted water for 10minutes. Drain excess water and leave potatoes to cool down. Add to the potatoes black pepper, chilli flakes, chives, red pepper, red onion and bacon then combine well.
Pour Nola Ultra Creamy Mayo and gently mix. You can serve immediately or out in the fridge for it to chill.
