Oh, lemon is my favorite flavor this time of year!! These Creamy Lemon Squares would make a great dessert or snack, try them this weekend!!

WHAT YOU NEED :

#For The Crust

– Unsalted butter: 4 tablespoons, about 1/2 stick (melted and cooled, plus more for pan)

– Almond flour : 2/3 cup (ground nuts are also fine)

– Graham-cracker crumbs: 1 cup, about 4 ounces

– Sugar: 1/4 cup

– Grated lime zest: 1 tablespoons 

 

#For The Filling

– Egg yolks: 2 (large)

– Condensed milk: 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened

– Fresh lime juice : 1/2 cup (around 5 medium limes)

– Fresh lemon juice : 2 tablespoons (around 1 medium lemon)
