Ingredients

3 large russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil.

Wash and chop your potatoes into small bite size pieces.
