2 1/4 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 c. butter or margarine
3 large eggs
2 oz. semisweet chocolate
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
chocolate frosting
