Caldo De Pollo (Mexican Chicken Soup)

ingredients

4 boneless chicken breast
5 small corn in the cob
4 potatoes
2 zucchini
3 carrots
(All cut into size you prefer I like big chunky pieces)

Directions :

Boil breast breast in water-salt-minced garlic-sliced onion-chicken bullion
When you see the chicken getting tender (chicken breast cooks fast) add the veggies
I like to seasons my veggies before with salt-pepper-cumin-garlic powder-onion powder
I check my juice after a few min when I had added the veggies and if I feel it need more flavor I add to my liking of the bullion-pepper-etc.
I like to add fixings when it’s time to eat so I cut up limes in half and chopped some cilantro and everyone puts as much lime and cilantro they want. You also eat with crackers/tortilla/tortilla chips Since I like spicy I had me a jalapeño on the side
