– 10 chickenthighs

– 5 tablespoonsbutter

– 1 Cajun seasoning

– 1 teaspoonpaprika

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoondried basil

– 1/4 teaspoondried thyme

– 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper

1.     In a bowl, we mix all the spices together to season the Cajun. and westore it in an airtight container so it is ready for use.

2.     We heat the oven to 200 degrees. and we grease the baking tray with alittle bit of nonstick spray. We line the thighs on the pre-prepared tray

3.     We spray Cajun seasoning on both sides. and leave the side facing upmost of the flesh then skin.

4.     We put a little 1/2 tablespoon of butter on the top of each thigh, themost meaty part. Butter keeps the freshness of the meat and makes the skincrunchy.

5.     We put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes. In the oven, the chickenreaches a temperature of 75 °C
