This recipe was prescribed to me by my best friend, an Italian. It’s very simple, with only a few baking ingredients, and very versatile. I love it because there is no yeast, and it is very easy to make! You can add them with vegetables when there are about 5 minutes left for baking time, or you can just season them with herbs and Parmesan cheese – my personal favorite.

* Ingredients:
° flour: 1 kg
° instant yeast: 1 tablespoon
° Salt: a tablespoon
° Lukewarm Water: 2 cups (or as needed)
* How to prepare:
Sift the flour well until you get rid of any lumps in it.
Add the salt and yeast to the flour and stir well until the ingredients are mixed.
Cast lukewarm water, stir with a spoon.
Let ingredients in refrigerator about an entiire night.
Greased an oven dish with butter also a pinch flour.
- Oven preheat to 220 degrees.
- Shape dough in a circular motion To quantity is terminated.
- Put the tray in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until the bottom of the bread turns brown, then place the tray on the grill until its face turns red.
- Leave the bread to cool down, then serve.
