This is a tried and true recipe!!I always do this, but give me a chance, don’t let me down! This is the perfect and easy no-bake Woolworth cheesecake.

° 1 (3 ounce) package lemon jello
° 1 cup boiling water
° 3 cups graham crackers
° 1/2 c (1 stick) melt butter
° 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
° 1 cup granulated sugar
° 4 tablespoons lemon juice
° 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk and cooled
* Preparation :
In a medium sized bowl, dissolve the jelly in the boiling water. Let cool for 5-10 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
While the jelly cools, combine 3/4 graham crackers and melted butter in a medium bowl, then press into the bottom of a 9″ x 13″ skillet and set aside. Save rest crumbs for topp.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the evaporated milk until the mixture is whisked and fluffy. 2-4 minutes.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Add the thickened jelly, then mix with the whipped evaporated milk.
Spread filling evenly over crust and cover with reserved graham cracker crumbs.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
