Sweet Chili Ranch Grilled Chicken – only 2 ingredients in the marinade! Let the chicken marinate a few hours to overnight for maximum flavor. OMG! This chicken was CRAZY good! We made it two nights in a row. Great as a main dish or on top of a salad. Perfect for tailgating too!!

Charcoal Starter
Grilling Tongs
Meat Thermometer
Cast Iron Grill Pan
Ingredients:
½ cup sweet chili sauce
½ cup Ranch dressing
1½ pounds chicken tenders
Instructions:
Whisk together sweet chili sauce and Ranch dressing. Place chicken tenders in a gallon ziplock bag. Pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate 2 hours up to overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill approximately 10 minutes, until done.
Notes:
Can use any cut of chicken you prefer- breasts, tenders, thighs, drumsticks.
Can use marinade on boneless or bone-in chicken. Adjust cooking time to ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
To cook chicken tenders in a skillet, pan sear the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
