Ingredients:
1 cup quick grits
4 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar Shrimp
6 slices smoked bacon
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper finely chopped
3 green onions chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
Instructions:
Heat the water with the end result of bubbling; add the corn dinner and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until fragile.
