The stew is considered one of the old traditional dishes that were and still are prepared, and it has become prepared in most Arab countries and served alongside various rice dishes, and this dish is very rich in proteins, vitamins and dietary fibers beneficial to the body, and in our topic we will introduce you to how to prepare this dish.

 

 

* the ingredients

 

° A kilo beef, cut to cubes.

° 7 tomatoes, peeled and grated.

° Two onions, finely chopped.

° 2 cloves crushed garlic.

° A tablespoon finely chopped parsley.

° 2 carrots cut to thick slices.

° A tablespoon tomato paste.

° 2 sticks celery, finely chopped.

° A 3 a cup white flour.

° 2 cups chicken broth.

° Half teaspoon dry thyme.

° 2 bay papers.

° Small spoon salt.

° Half a teaspoon black pepper.

° 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.

° 2 tablespoons butter.

 

* How to prepare

 

Put the oil in a large saucepan, then put it on the stove and add the meat, salt and pepper to it and stir until the meat is golden in color. Remove the meat from the saucepan, add the butter, onions, and garlic, and stir until the onions are soft. Add tomato paste and stir, then put the meat back and stir. Sprinkle the flour, pour the broth, and stir until the broth boils, then add the parsley, thyme and bay leaf. Leave the ingredients on low heat for an hour or until the meat is soft, then add tomatoes, celery and carrots and stir. Leave the ingredients on the stove until the sauce becomes thick. We serve straight beef stew with white rice.
