My Red Velvet Cake

Preheat oven to 180°C
Ingredients:
2 + 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
(Mix in a bowl)
In another bowl:
140 grams soft (VERY soft) butter
1.5 cups white sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs + 2 more egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 tsp red food dye (powdered)
1 tbsp vinegar
(Mix until a smooth batter forms)
Slowly add the flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda while simultaneously adding 1 + 1/3 cups of milk.
Divide into 3 pans of 22cm and bake each layer for about 18 minutes.
Cream:
500 ml heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
60 grams vanilla pudding powder
