My Grandmother’s Fresh Peach Cobbler


  • ¼ cup of melted butter.
  • 1 cup of flour.
  • ¾ cup of sugar.
  • 2 tsps of baking powder.
  • ¾ cup of milk.
  • 5-6 slices peaches.
  • ¾ cup of sugar.


In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and milk.
In an 8×8 pan, pour the melted butter and pour the mixture of flour over it.
Line the slices of peaches over the top and cover with ¾ cup of sugar.
In a preheated oven to 350°, bake for 20 to 30 minutes and Voila
Simple, easy and delicious! Making cobbler has never been easier! I serve this one warm, but you can serve it cold if you want. Go ahead and try it, you won’t regret it
