Homemade Kentucky Blackberry Cobbler

*ingredients
+From 4 to 6 people:
°600 to 800 g of blackberrie
°150 g flour
°80g fine sugar + 2 tablespoons
°80 grams butter
°50g coconut (*)
°1/2 teaspoon baking powder
°3 tablespoon milk
Washing blackberries well & drain them well. Arrange in a baking dish (example: a pie plate), then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix and keep.
In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, coconut, baking powder, butter cut into small cubes and coconut. Mix by hand until a semi-sandy, half-mixed dough forms.
Adding milk also mix all.
Then leave it to cool for half an hour.
At end of this time, collect dough. Cutting small pieces of dough size of  walnut. Rolling it into a ball & crush it with palm of your hand to form discs for 4 cm in diameter (**). Covering blackberries with these discs.
Baking for 30 min at 180 ° C.
Serve warm or at room temperature (I personally prefer warm).
Enjoy !
