3 cloves of minced garlic
Half a cup of olive oil
Half a cup of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil
Half a teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 lbs fresh shrimp, peeled and deodorized
How to prepare:
In a large bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce and red wine vinegar. Season with basil, salt and hot pepper. Add the shrimp to the bowl and stir it until it is covered with spices
Cover and put in the fridge for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.
We heat the grill over a medium heat. Place the shrimps on the skewers while discarding the sauce
Cook the shrimp on a preheated grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque.
Then we serve it with vegetable salad
