* Ingredients :
° 2 heads of broccoli (pink florets, cut into bite-size pieces (discard stems))
° 8 ounces bacon (cooked and coarsely chopped)
° 8 ounces cheddar cheese (cubes inch by inch)
° 1 small onion (finely chopped)

° 1 cup mayonnaise
° Half a cup of granulated sugar
° 3 teaspoons white vinegar

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, cheese, and onion.
In a bowl, beat together mayonnaise, sugar, & vinegar. Cast sauce over broccoli mix also toss together TO everything is equally coated.
