Everything you love about egg rolls without all the fuss! Forget the wrapper and enjoy the delicious and savoury taste of the inside of an egg roll. So easy to make in your Crock-Pot.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork, cooked
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 14oz bag coleslaw salad mix
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 370g bag bean sprouts
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish, optional
  • Instructions

    1. Add ground pork, garlic, ginger, coleslaw mix, soy sauce, sesame oil, Hoisin sauce, chicken broth and bean sprouts to a Crock-Pot 6-Qt Smart-Pot Cook & Carry Slow Cooker. Stir to combine. Cover.
    2. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
    3. Add to serving bowls. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
