Buckeyes is a delicious, uncooked peanut butter ball dipped in chocolate. If you love peanut butter cups, you’ll love this easy dessert!

Ohio is famous for the Buckeye tree and keeping the Buckeye tree nuts is good luck! Anyone who gets one of these chocolate peanut butter balls will be really lucky, because this easy Buckeye recipe is so delicious!
What is Buckeye?
As food, Buckeye is an easy dessert without baking! Buckeye Candy is made of rich peanut butter balls and cream dipped in chocolate. It doesn’t matter if you prefer creamy or crunchy peanut butter, any kind will do!
If you are adding it to your birthday cake set, try dipping it in white chocolate, then decorating it with red and green sprinkles and watch it disappear before your eyes!
* Ingredients :
° 1½ cup peanut butter
° 1 cup softened butter
° ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
° 6 cups powdered sugar
° 4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (you can also use chocolate fudge polish if you like)
* Instructions
Using waxed paper, lay out a large baking tray or baking tray.
In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract and butter, stirring until well combined.
Time mixed, rolling peanut butter mixture to 1-inch balls & placing balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
On the top of each ball, press down on a toothpick (to be used later as a dip handle) and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until it hardens.
In microwave, melting chocolate chips for 2 min .
Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate, using the toothpick as a handle.
And you need to let a little portion peanut butter on top to making it look like Buckeyes.
You can place peanut butter balls covered with chocolate on waxed paper and remove the toothpicks.
Now that the peanut butter is soft, use your finger to smooth the hole in the toothpick.
Finally, put the chocolate in the fridge until it’s soft and be sure to store it in the fridge until eaten or served.
