Creamy Four-Milk Pudding Recipe

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional, for garnish)

  1. In a saucepan, combine the whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk over medium heat. Stir gently to combine.
  2. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
  3. Once the mixture is warm, add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Stir well to incorporate.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Gradually pour the cornstarch mixture into the milk mixture while stirring continuously.
  5. Cook the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency. This usually takes about 10-15 minutes. Be careful not to let it boil.
  6. Once the pudding has thickened, remove it from the heat and pour it into serving dishes or a large serving bowl.
  7. Let the pudding cool to room temperature, then cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled and set.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle ground cinnamon or nutmeg on top for a flavorful garnish, if desired.
  9. Serve the creamy four-milk pudding chilled and enjoy its rich and indulgent flavor!

This recipe will surely ring a bell on Google with its creamy texture and unique blend of four different kinds of milk.
