INGREDIENTS

6 pieces chicken

2 tbs chutney sauce

2 garlic cloves ( minced)

1/2 white onion (chopped)

2 tomatoes (grated)

Salt & pepper taste

2 fresh chillies

1 tbs olive oil

1 tsp paprika
DIRECTIONS
- Rinse chicken and set it aside. Add olive oil to a pan then throw in the chicken.
- Add salt, pepper, paprika, mix, and close the pan or pot. Let the chicken cook until all the water released has fully finished.
- Fry chicken turning sides for ten minutes until it turns golden brown.
- Now add the chopped onions and minced garlic.
Allow them to caramelize and add the tomatoes, chutney sauce and chilies. - Add half a cup of chicken soup, water, or chicken broth(optional) and cook for another ten minutes.
Enjoy with rice or pasta.
NOTES
- Garnish with some parsley and spring onions (optional).
