INGREDIENTS

  • 6 pieces chicken

  • 2 tbs chutney sauce

  • 2 garlic cloves ( minced)

  • 1/2 white onion (chopped)

  • 2 tomatoes (grated)

  • Salt & pepper taste

  • 2 fresh chillies

  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

DIRECTIONS

  • Rinse chicken and set it aside. Add olive oil to a pan then throw in the chicken.
  • Add salt, pepper, paprika, mix, and close the pan or pot. Let the chicken cook until all the water released has fully finished.
  • Fry chicken turning sides for ten minutes until it turns golden brown.
  • Now add the chopped onions and minced garlic.
    Allow them to caramelize and add the tomatoes, chutney sauce and chilies.
  • Add half a cup of chicken soup, water, or chicken broth(optional) and cook for another ten minutes.
    Enjoy with rice or pasta.

NOTES

  • Garnish with some parsley and spring onions (optional).
