CHICKEN RECIPE Asparagus Stuffed and Chicken Breast

 

 

 

Chicken breast stuffed in the oven, an easy recipe and does not need much time, as it contains only four ingredients, which are olive oil, chicken, asparagus and cheese in addition to delicious spices.

 

* Ingredients:

 

° 4 chicken breasts

° 1 tsps zest of lemon

° Salt also Pepper

° 12 asparagus sticks

° 3 slices mozzarella cheese

° 1 tsp garlic powder

° 1 tsp paprika

° 1 tsp olive oil

 

* How to prepare :

 

Preheat the oven to 425 F. Cut the chicken breast lengthwise in half, forming an opening in the chicken breasts to place the filling.

Marinate the chicken breasts from the inside with lemon zest, salt and pepper, then fill them with mozzarella cheese and 3 asparagus sticks, then close the spout well so that the filling does not run down when cooking.

In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then season the outside of the chicken with this mixture.

Heat the oven pan on medium heat, then add olive oil and sauté the chicken for 3 to 5 minutes on both sides, then place the pan in the oven for 20 minutes. After that, we spread the delicious chicken breast stuffed with cheese and asparagus on the serving dishes .
