- 3/4 diced yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup frozen carrots & peas (mixed)

- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large russet potato, peeled and cut into cubes
