Cake mix Italian cake cream

*Ingredients
°Enriched wheat flour
° Sugar
° Rice flour •
° Bicarbonate of
°sodium
° Salt
Can contain:
°Soy
° Milk
° Sesame.
*Preparation
You need: 125 g butter, 3 eggs, 150 ml milk, a bowl, an electric beater,  cake mold 20 to 22 cm in diameter.
Beat the eggs, add the milk, then the preparation and the butter gradually. Mix with an electric mixer or a wooden spoon until the mixture is soft and smooth. Pour mix to a cake tin greased with butter (the ideal diameter is 20-22 cm) & bake at 180°C for for 40-45 min. Cooking times may vary from 5 to 10 minutes depending on the oven used. To check if the cake is cooked, insert a toothpick in the center. If it’s dry when you remove it, the cake is done. Taking cake out of oven & dust it with icing sugar. To make cake even more appetizing, filling it with.custard, jam or chocolate-cream.
