Baked-Scampi

*Ingredients:

°12 raw prawn

°1 serving pasta (preferably Linguine)

°2 garlic cloves

°Butter

°1/2 c. Heavy cream

°Grate Parmesan cheese

°1/8 tsp. Basil

°Salt / pepper to taste

°Flour (thick)

°Cajun Season

°1/4 c. Parsley

°White Wine (Not on Offer)

°Olive oil (unclear)

* Methods :

Heat saucepan on medium-high heat. Adding butter, olive oil spray & a police white wine & bring to boil.

Adding garlic & cooking for other 2 mn.

Adding shrimp.

After that, seasoning shrimp with cajun seasoning, be generous (to your liking)!

While shrimp is pink on one side, flip also cook for other minute & removing from the pan leave liquid.

Adding heavy cream, basil, parsley, salt & pepper.

Bring to boil & whisk in  sprinkle of flour to sauce has thick.

Reduce heat to medium-low and adding shrimp again.

Stirring shrimp to coat in sauce and serve on top of pasta.

Cover with Parmesan cheese

Enjoy!
