INGREDIENTS
1lbkielbasa
114 ozcan of sliced potatoes, drained and patted dry
1red bell pepper
1yellow bell pepper
1sweet onion
1tbspseasoning salt
1tsppepper
cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain the sliced potatoes and lightly pat them dry. Set aside.
Cut the kielbasa into ¼-inch wide slices. Chop the bell peppers and onion.
Place the potatoes, kielbasa, peppers, and onions in a bowl and spray them lightly with cooking oil.
Add seasoning salt and pepper and carefully toss together until all the ingredients are coated.
Pour the kielbasa mixture into the air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for 7 minutes.
After 7 minutes, shake the air fryer basket, then continue to air fry for an additional 7 minutes.
NOTES
Air frying for 14-15 minutes cooks everything through and gives it a nice char, but if you prefer this dish to be extra crispy, air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
Enjoy this dish with a spoonful of sour cream on top.
Drying the potatoes will ensure they are a nice, crispy, golden brown when cooked, so don’t skip this step!
